The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing all facets of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust HR background, particularly in fast-paced and innovative settings. A hands-on approach is essential, as you will work closely with our leadership team to enhance company culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing any concerns or grievances.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on employment contracts and termination processes.
  • Oversee the creation of employment agreements for new hires.
  • Manage 401k administration and employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures across the organization.
  • Support payroll and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and environment.
  • Design and manage a performance appraisal system to promote high performance.
  • Identify training needs and oversee training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Administer international staff EOR processes.
Essential Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
  • A people-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with HR metrics and systems.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with international teams and EOR arrangements.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
