Position Overview

Proper Hospitality is in search of a Head of Growth Strategy to spearhead our customer acquisition and retention efforts. This senior role will focus on crafting, executing, and managing data-centric marketing strategies aimed at propelling growth, boosting bookings, and maximizing customer lifetime value across our distinguished portfolio of luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement all-encompassing growth marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and brand identity.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to drive data-informed decision-making, continually refining marketing campaigns to enhance return on investment.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement through experimental methodologies, crafting hypotheses, designing tests, and scaling successful strategies.
  • Refine the entire customer experience, from acquisition to retention, with a focus on elevating conversion rates, minimizing customer acquisition expenses, and augmenting lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure unified messaging and uphold brand integrity in all growth marketing endeavors.
  • Work closely with our analytics team to select, implement, and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytical tools.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to assess the success of growth marketing initiatives, providing regular performance updates to the executive team.
  • Remain abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, both within hospitality and beyond, to implement innovative strategies that maintain our competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • A proven history of driving substantial growth in customer acquisition and retention, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing experimental strategies, with a successful track record of translating data-driven insights into tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication capabilities.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and a proactive growth mindset.
