Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, editorial calendar, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee daily content distribution across platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and identity.
Lead ongoing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
Conceptualize and execute seasonal marketing initiatives and real-time audience engagement to achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with various teams, including content, marketing, public relations, and creative departments.
Create a detailed social media playbook to establish content delivery standards and brand conduct.
Enhance brand visibility across all platforms, ensuring effective communication.
Set, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators, utilizing insights to enhance audience engagement and growth.
Facilitate collaboration within a matrixed organization.
Identify potential new business opportunities through social media channels.

Qualifications:


A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in social media marketing management and strategy within a leading media, entertainment, or creative organization.

Alternatively, experience with a top-tier social media brand.
Strong understanding of comedy, animation, internet culture, social trends, and storytelling.
Comprehensive knowledge of integrated marketing functions and a proven track record of implementing digital strategies across various departments.

Proficiency in a wide range of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Discord, and YouTube.

Demonstrated capacity for innovation, looking beyond conventional methods to define future directions.
Experience in crafting community engagement strategies that expand audiences and enhance interaction.
Skilled in both strategic planning and practical execution, achieving objectives with quality and efficiency.
An analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience collaborating with visionary leaders.
Compensation:
$120,000 to $135,000
