Role Overview:

The Head of Business Growth will be instrumental in propelling our company's revenue expansion by pinpointing new business prospects, cultivating robust client relationships, and forging strategic alliances. This position demands a proactive and results-driven individual with extensive knowledge of the advertising, media, social media, influencer outreach, and creative services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Leverage existing direct brand connections while identifying and pursuing new potential clients across diverse sectors.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement strategies to attract new business opportunities while staying informed about client requirements and industry dynamics.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor to comprehend their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Market Expansion: Recognize opportunities to broaden our footprint in new markets or sectors, devising strategies for successful entry and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective delivery of client campaigns, providing insights to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and oversee a qualified pipeline of leads and prospects, maintaining personal projections and tracking progress through CRM and other tools.
  • Client Insights: Gather insights into clients' organizational structures, marketing strategies, and target demographics to inform business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising, media buying, social media, influencer marketing, or creative services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing new clients.
  • Strong grasp of advertising, social media, influencer marketing, content production, creative development, and media procurement processes and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
