We are seeking a Head of Creative Strategy who excels at pushing creative limits through imaginative thinking, strategic insight, and a collaborative approach to produce exceptional content alongside a skilled team of industry experts.

Sawhorse Productions is a comprehensive creative marketing agency dedicated to producing multi-platform content for some of the most prominent brands, artists, and film studios globally. Our expertise spans video production, post-production, social media content, immersive experiences, and software development. We are a collective of enthusiastic producers, directors, editors, and designers committed to expanding our team and delivering outstanding content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creative vision and direction for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Lead the development of creative strategies and innovative concepts.
  • Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Engage with clients to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling pitches and presentations that effectively communicate creative ideas.

Creative Development:

  • Establish the visual and thematic direction for campaigns.
  • Craft original and engaging content tailored to audience insights and strategic goals.
  • Design persuasive pitch materials that clearly articulate creative concepts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to enhance storytelling techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a creative leader.
  • Minimum of 5 years in an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic insights into compelling creative solutions.
  • Experience in broadcast, digital, social media, and branded content; familiarity with Web 3 activations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of youth culture and advertising trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in collaborative tools and platforms.
