Position Overview:

We are in search of a Head of Marketing Strategy to elevate and transform the Agent Nateur brand. This pivotal role will focus on crafting our marketing approach, articulating our brand's narrative, and ensuring our dedication to luxury and effortless beauty resonates with our sophisticated clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the luxury and clean beauty sectors, adept at integrating strategic insights with data-driven analysis to achieve significant outcomes. They will be tasked with executing strategies that align with the brand's vision and objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are carried out effectively to meet targeted results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies that reflect Agent Nateur's luxurious identity and align with our business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform our strategic direction.
  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for new product introductions, utilizing a full spectrum of channels to boost awareness, optimize conversion, and drive sales.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Ensure the consistency of Agent Nateur's brand image and messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee brand initiatives and campaigns to enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.

Campaign Management:

  • Direct the creation and launch of compelling marketing campaigns, including product unveilings, seasonal promotions, and exclusive events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging materials, from digital content to print collateral.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

  • Design and manage digital marketing, social media, SMS, and email campaigns.
  • Partner with digital agencies for website enhancements and optimization.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve key objectives.

Influencer and Partnership Management:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, media, and brands to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee collaborative projects and stakeholder engagement.

Public Relations Oversight:

  • Manage PR agency relationships to ensure alignment with campaign and brand objectives.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, sales, and external teams to ensure marketing strategies support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with international teams to adapt global initiatives for local markets.

Customer Engagement and Experience:

  • Enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing and loyalty initiatives.
  • Monitor feedback and market trends to continuously improve our approach.

Budget Oversight:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Track and report on expenditures and campaign effectiveness.

Performance Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Assess campaign outcomes and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Deliver regular updates on marketing activities and results to senior management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and drives success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, particularly in luxury brands and the beauty sector.
  • Salary Range: $120K - $130K.
