Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Creative Strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring our content aligns with our mission and captivates our audience. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with other key leaders to cultivate a vibrant creative culture that drives high-quality digital content from our team of creatives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Jubilee's mission and vision, and what resonates with our audience.
- Oversee all programming decisions and manage the release schedule across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics to refine our distribution strategies.
- Strategically guide our team in optimizing channel performance and audience engagement.
- Lead Jubilee's programming initiatives, proactively assessing strategies to enhance channel performance.
- Inspire and empower a team of Senior Creatives to produce high-impact digital content that aligns with our mission and expands our audience.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and adjust viewership targets based on historical data and projected content output.
- Provide insightful feedback and recommendations for new show development to our creative teams.
- Foster a culture that values creative excellence and encourages innovative risk-taking.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance every aspect of our content, including packaging, editing, casting, and topic selection.
- Establish performance expectations for Senior Creatives, conducting reviews and guiding them to become effective Creative Leaders.
- Partner with HR to lead recruitment efforts for new creative talent and develop training programs to nurture and grow Directors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in YouTube production and content/programming strategy.
- A strong creative mindset balanced with effective people leadership skills.
- Proficient in performance analytics, utilizing data to inform content strategies.
- A bold innovator dedicated to creating engaging, mission-driven content for younger audiences.
- Passionate about creator culture, staying updated on the latest trends and strategies used by leading YouTube channels.
- Experienced in digital content direction, with a deep understanding of production processes and an empathetic leadership approach.
