- Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Performance Management and KPI Monitoring:
- Establish and track key financial metrics, KPIs, and performance targets to evaluate business performance and encourage continuous improvement.
- Implement performance management frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor progress against financial and operational objectives.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work alongside departments such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to comprehend business drivers, trends, and challenges, integrating financial insights into operational planning and decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering financial guidance, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Financial Systems and Process Enhancement:
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving financial planning tools, systems, and processes to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Drive ongoing enhancements in financial processes, automation of routine tasks, and the adoption of best practices in financial planning and analysis operations.

- Financial Analysis: Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and financial statement analysis.
- Business Insight: Strategic thinker with a profound understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and the financial ramifications of strategic decisions.

Education and Experience:
