Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving substantial growth in customer acquisition and retention, ideally within e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing test-and-learn strategies, with a solid track record of converting data-driven hypotheses into quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication capabilities.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
