ROLE SUMMARY:

We are in search of an innovative Head of Creative Strategy who excels in generating bold concepts and translating them into impactful content that drives business success. This position offers the chance to reshape our brand image, infusing it with contemporary energy and relevance.

This role is pivotal in fostering unity within our creative endeavors. We seek an individual with extensive leadership experience who can cultivate a high-performing in-house creative team while establishing collaborative partnerships across various departments. Responsibilities will encompass overseeing Design, Copy, and Creative Project Management, as well as managing external production resources for larger initiatives.

Collaboration with our Marketing teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution of brand and creative strategies, reinforcing our unique market position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a vibrant creative team, providing mentorship in visual design, copywriting, and strategic creativity.
  • Brand Development: Establish and uphold our brand's aesthetic and voice through comprehensive style guidelines and brand documentation.
  • Content Strategy: Utilize the marketing calendar to craft seasonal narratives that resonate with consumers and support key business goals.
  • External Relations: Build and sustain partnerships with photographers, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the Creative budget to ensure effective resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods sector.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a creative team.
  • Proven ability to align creative initiatives with overarching business strategies.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-channel environments with agility.
  • Proficient in managing teams in dynamic and evolving settings.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and talent management skills.

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position offers flexibility in work arrangements.

SALARY:
$200,000-$225,000 + Bonus
