Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, referral sources, and community representatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and manage a business development pipeline, tracking and trending performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing plans and community relations activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • 7+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in client relationship management, lead generation, and networking.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and develop long-lasting business relationships.
