Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional staff, ensuring the successful execution of our cybersecurity and infrastructure security programs.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance cybersecurity and infrastructure security, aligning with CISA's national priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including federal, state, and local governments, as well as private sector partners, to advance our shared goals.
  • Manage and oversee regional resources, including personnel, budget, and infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, applying this knowledge to inform our regional strategies and operations.
Requirements
  • At least one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level (or equivalent) performing duties such as supervising regional personnel, providing leadership and strategic direction, and managing classified and unclassified outreach.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure security, with a strong understanding of the latest threats and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
