Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve annual targets, focusing on key metrics such as patient consistency, staffing optimization, and clinician performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, and referral sources to drive market growth and expand our patient base.
  • Lead and mentor operations leaders to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with clinical and therapy teams to ensure effective workflows and support systems are in place to foster a caring environment for treatment.
  • Monitor and manage key business and clinical metrics, including GRV, EBITDA, efficiencies, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three or more years of direct management experience, with a focus on operations management in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
