Position Summary:
The Senior Brand Partnership Manager will spearhead a consultative sales approach targeting Fortune 1000 brands, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in creator marketing and influencer strategies, complemented by a robust digital and social media background. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented sales professional with a strong focus on results and established client relationships within the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare/pharma sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with Fortune 1000 companies and their agency partners to enlighten them on the advantages of creator marketing and the significance of creator-generated content.
- Utilize a consultative sales methodology that prioritizes client objectives while maintaining a sense of urgency in closing agreements.
- Articulate our solutions with enthusiasm, emphasizing the benefits of targeted, trend-driven, creator-generated content at scale.
- Leverage data-driven media solutions and insights to effectively penetrate client accounts and secure deals.
- Establish and nurture strategic client relationships through substantial ($1M+) annual and multi-year contractual agreements.
- Drive opportunities to closure within the quarter while cultivating a robust pipeline for future quarters.
- Build a new book of business, mentor team members, and prepare for leadership roles as the company expands.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our market partner strategy by becoming a key storyteller and educating clients on best practices for our platform.
- Exhibit creativity, accountability, and a comprehensive understanding of Linqia's services and business model.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, adeptly balancing competing demands and priorities while working independently.
- Proactively manage a rapidly expanding sales pipeline/channel.
- Be comfortable with a sales quota, accountable for revenue generation, and expect to be rewarded for exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in digital sales and/or online media, particularly with executive-level brand clients and agency partners.
- Established relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment sectors.
- Proven history of consistently achieving sales quotas above expectations.
- Experience in closing committed deals exceeding $1M annually.
- Strong consultative sales abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable work style while maintaining a competitive edge.
- A passion for creatively developing client solutions through data-driven insights.
- In-depth knowledge of both promoted and organic best practices across major social media platforms.
- Experience in navigating and leading within cross-functional environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry, including direct client and key agency relationships.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Able to enjoy work while maintaining a strong work ethic.
This position is remote, but candidates must be based in the LA metro area.
