Position Overview:

The Senior Brand Partnership Manager will spearhead a consultative sales approach directed at Fortune 1000 brands, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creator marketing and influencer strategies, coupled with a strong digital and social media background. A proactive, solution-oriented seller with a results-driven mindset is essential. Established relationships within the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare/pharma sectors are crucial, as you will oversee the complete sales process, including prospecting, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with Fortune 1000 companies and their agency partners to inform them about the advantages of creator marketing and the significance of creator-generated content.
  • Utilize a consultative sales methodology that aligns with client goals while maintaining a strong focus on closing deals.
  • Articulate our solutions with enthusiasm, emphasizing the benefits of targeted, trend-driven, creator-generated content at scale.
  • Leverage data-driven media solutions and insights to effectively penetrate client accounts and finalize agreements.
  • Establish strategic client relationships through substantial ($1M+) annual and multi-year contracts.
  • Drive opportunities to closure within the quarter while building a robust pipeline for future quarters.
  • Develop a business portfolio from scratch, mentor team members, and prepare for leadership roles as the company expands.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our in-market partner strategy by becoming a key storyteller and educating clients on best practices related to our platform.
  • Exhibit creativity, accountability, and a comprehensive understanding of Linqia's services and business model.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, adeptly balancing competing priorities and working independently.
  • Proactively manage a rapidly expanding sales pipeline/channel.
  • Be comfortable with achieving sales quotas, accountable for revenue generation, and expect to be rewarded for exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in digital sales and/or online media targeting executive-level brand clients and agency partners.
  • Established and transferable relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment sectors.
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas - we seek top performers.
  • Experience in closing significant deals exceeding $1M annually.
  • Strong consultative sales capabilities, with a collaborative and adaptable work style, while maintaining a competitive edge.
  • A genuine passion for developing innovative solutions for clients by leveraging data to maximize client value.
  • In-depth knowledge of both promoted and organic best practices across major social media platforms.
  • Experience in navigating and leading within a cross-functional environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry, including direct client and key agency relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation, public speaking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Able to enjoy work while maintaining a strong work ethic.

This position is remote but candidates must be based in the LA metro area.
