Position Overview:

The Senior Brand Partnership Manager will be tasked with executing a consultative sales strategy directed at Fortune 1000 brands, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creator marketing and influencer strategies, showcasing a robust digital and social media background. A proactive, solution-oriented sales approach is essential, along with a results-driven mindset. Established relationships within the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare/pharma sectors are highly desirable. You will oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting to understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with Fortune 1000 companies and their agency partners to inform them about the advantages of creator marketing and the significance of creator-generated content.
  • Utilize a consultative sales methodology that aligns with client objectives while maintaining urgency in closing agreements.
  • Articulate our solutions with enthusiasm, emphasizing the benefits of targeted, trend-setting, creator-generated content at scale.
  • Recognize the importance of data-driven media solutions and leverage insights and analytics to penetrate client accounts and finalize deals.
  • Establish strategic client relationships through substantial ($1M+) annual and multi-year contractual agreements.
  • Drive open opportunities to closure within the quarter while building a robust pipeline for future quarters.
  • Develop a business portfolio from the ground up, mentor team members, and prepare for additional leadership roles as the company expands.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our in-market partner strategy by becoming a lead storyteller and educating clients on best practices related to our platform.
  • Exhibit creativity, accountability, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Linqia's services and business model.
  • Operate effectively in a highly dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to balance competing demands and priorities while working independently.
  • Proactively manage a rapidly expanding sales pipeline/channel.
  • Be comfortable with meeting sales quotas, taking responsibility for revenue generation, and expect to be rewarded for exceeding targets.
  • Travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven success in digital sales and/or online media targeting executive-level brand clients and agency partners.
  • Established and transferable relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment sectors.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving sales quotas above target - we seek top performers.
  • Proven experience in closing committed deals exceeding $1M annually.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with a collaborative and adaptable work style, while maintaining a competitive drive to succeed.
  • A passion for and evidence of successfully developing innovative ideas for clients through data-driven strategies to deliver optimal value.
  • In-depth knowledge of both promoted and organic best practices across all major social media platforms.
  • Experience in navigating, communicating, and leading within a cross-functional environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry, including client-direct and key agency relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation, public speaking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Able to enjoy the work while maintaining a strong work ethic.

This position is remote, but candidates must be based in the LA metro area.
