Position Overview:
The Senior Brand Partnership Manager will spearhead consultative sales efforts directed at Fortune 1000 brands, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creator marketing and influencer strategies, with a robust background in digital and social media. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented seller who is results-driven and possesses established client relationships within the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare/pharma sectors. You will oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting to understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with Fortune 1000 companies and their agency partners to inform them about the advantages of creator marketing and the significance of creator-generated content.
- Utilize a consultative sales methodology that aligns with client objectives while maintaining urgency in closing agreements.
- Articulate our solutions with enthusiasm, emphasizing the value of targeted, trend-responsive, creator-generated content at scale.
- Leverage data-driven media solutions and insights to penetrate client accounts and finalize agreements.
- Establish strategic client relationships through substantial ($1M+) annual and multi-year contracts.
- Drive opportunities to closure within the quarter while building a robust pipeline for future quarters.
- Develop a book of business from the ground up, mentor team members, and prepare for additional leadership responsibilities as the company grows.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our in-market partner strategy by becoming a lead storyteller and educating clients on best practices related to our platform.
- Exhibit creativity, accountability, and a comprehensive understanding of Linqia's services and business model.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands and priorities while working independently.
- Proactively manage a rapidly expanding sales pipeline/channel.
- Be comfortable with maintaining a sales quota, taking accountability for revenue generation, and expect to be rewarded for exceeding targets.
- Travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in digital sales and/or online media, particularly with executive-level brand clients and agency partners.
- Established and transferable relationships within the CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment sectors.
- Proven history of consistently surpassing sales quotas - we seek high achievers.
- Experience in closing committed deals exceeding $1M annually.
- Strong consultative sales abilities, collaborative and adaptable work style, while maintaining a competitive drive to succeed.
- A passion for developing innovative ideas for clients by leveraging data to maximize client value.
- In-depth knowledge of both promoted and organic best practices across major social media platforms.
- Experience in navigating and leading within a cross-functional environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry, including client-direct and key agency relationships.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- A sense of enjoyment while working diligently.
This position is remote but requires candidates to be based in the LA metro area.
