Position Summary:
The Senior Brand Partnership Manager will spearhead a consultative sales approach targeting Fortune 1000 brands, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creator marketing and influencer strategies, showcasing a robust digital and social media background. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in establishing client relationships within the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare/pharma sectors. You will oversee the complete sales process, focusing on prospecting, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with Fortune 1000 companies and their agency partners to inform them about the advantages of creator marketing and the significance of creator-generated content.
- Utilize a consultative sales methodology that aligns with client goals while maintaining a sense of urgency in closing transactions.
- Articulate our solutions with enthusiasm, emphasizing the benefits of targeted, trend-driven, creator-generated content at scale.
- Leverage data-driven media solutions and insights to penetrate client accounts and secure deals.
- Establish strategic client relationships through substantial ($1M+) annual and multi-year contracts.
- Drive opportunities to closure within the quarter while building a robust pipeline for future quarters.
- Develop a business portfolio from the ground up, mentor junior team members, and prepare for increased leadership responsibilities as the company grows.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our in-market partner strategy by becoming a key storyteller and educating clients on best practices for our platform.
- Exhibit creativity, accountability, and a comprehensive understanding of Linqia's services and business model.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, adeptly balancing competing priorities and working independently.
- Proactively manage a rapidly expanding sales pipeline/channel.
- Be comfortable with achieving sales quotas, taking responsibility for revenue generation, and expect to be rewarded for exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in digital sales and/or online media targeting executive-level brand clients and agency partners.
- Established relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment sectors.
- Proven history of consistently surpassing sales quotas - we seek top performers.
- Experience in closing significant deals exceeding $1M annually.
- Strong consultative sales abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable work style, while maintaining a competitive drive.
- A passion for developing innovative ideas for clients through data-driven insights to maximize client value.
- In-depth knowledge of both promoted and organic best practices across major social media platforms.
- Experience in navigating and leading within a cross-functional environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry, including direct client and key agency relationships.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- A positive attitude and the ability to enjoy work while striving for excellence.
This position is remote but requires candidates to be based in the LA metro area.
