Overview:
Aditi Consulting is expanding its Games Partnerships division and is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator who will serve as the main operational liaison to facilitate the onboarding of creators and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the creator onboarding process, which includes data gathering, assessment, and input.
Leverage various internal systems to assist in the onboarding and continuous support of creators.
Regularly process contract modifications as necessary (e.g., issuing new contracts, renewals, terminations).
Maintain internal databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry with minimal errors.
Support Senior Partnership Managers in resolving onboarding and payment-related challenges for the Games Partnerships division.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to enhance operational efficiencies for the region.
Lead various additional initiatives to bolster the gaming video business as required.
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Active user of the platform and Instagram, with familiarity as both a user and gaming creator
Strong operational skills with a background in project management and process enhancement
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and innovative, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Genuine passion for gaming and gaming video content
Compensation:
The stated pay range is the base hourly compensation that Aditi Consulting anticipates for this role (actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, location, and client requirements).
