Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and respond to guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Office Operations
    • Oversee the front desk, concierge, and bell staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Manage front office financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front office team.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in front office management or a related role in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
