Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front office operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front office team, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Revenue Management: Maximize room revenue by effectively managing room inventory, rates, and availability.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of front office operations, including cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on front office operations, including guest satisfaction, room revenue, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
