Position Overview:
The Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor. This role is essential in supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the Front Desk team, ensuring that guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Guest Service associates to maintain operational excellence at the Front Desk.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Step in at the Front Desk during peak times or as staffing needs arise.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Essential Skills:
- Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
- Quick and accurate evaluation of alternative courses of action.
- Competence in managing stressful and high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in identifying, preventing, and resolving workplace issues.
- Strong listening skills to understand and clarify concerns raised by guests and team members.

Qualifications:
- Availability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- Experience with Marriott Brands or Lightspeed is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility in work hours is essential.
