Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary
North Beach Village Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase room sales and promote hotel services.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure timely room status updates and coordinate guest requests.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-outs, handle monetary transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of resort supplies and ensure staff have access to necessary resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of front office equipment and software.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
