Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Front Office functions, including guest services, reservations, and housekeeping. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our resort.
- Reservations and Room Assignments: Manage the reservation process, including room assignments and guest requests.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Oversee the housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and room key management.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of front desk agents, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional guest service.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to compute basic arithmetic and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Availability: Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
