Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Hotel Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to guarantee that every visitor enjoys a remarkable experience at our establishment. This role involves overseeing front desk operations, serving as the primary contact for guests, and nurturing team members to exceed our esteemed customer service expectations.

Compensation:

$17 - $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Oversee current front desk personnel and recruit and train new staff to uphold excellent service and adhere to hotel policies
  • Compile financial data and produce occupancy reports for management
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector is essential
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Strong bookkeeping abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills are necessary
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management within the hospitality field as a front desk supervisor or in a comparable role
