About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of our restaurant, including local store marketing, sales and profit goals, and team member performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage products.
  • Develop and implement sales and profit goals, and monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and the operations team to share best practices and improve overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
  • Previous managerial experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
