Assistant Manager

Papa John's - SARPJ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Quality and Customer Service: Ensure that all products meet Papa John's standards and accurately reflect customer orders. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer concerns or issues.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer-focused employees. Maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
- Sales and Profitability: Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service. Build check averages through team member product training and sales execution.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Plan and manage adequate inventory levels using the restaurant's computerized inventory system. Ensure food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget.
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience
- Skills: Cash management skills, basic accounting, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure accuracy
- Customer Focused: Commit to meeting the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
