Job Summary

Papa John's - SARPJ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Customer Service: Ensure that all products meet Papa John's standards and accurately reflect customer orders. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer concerns or issues.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer-focused employees. Maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
  • Sales and Profitability: Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service. Build check averages through team member product training and sales execution.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Plan and manage adequate inventory levels using the restaurant's computerized inventory system. Ensure food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience: Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience
  • Skills: Cash management skills, basic accounting, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
