Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of a Papa John's restaurant to guarantee exceptional quality products and customer service, ensuring the restaurant's financial success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Deliver high-quality products to customers by ensuring each item meets Papa John's standards and accurately reflects the customer's order. Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner. Gather customer feedback, share insights with the team, and utilize feedback to enhance restaurant operations and cultivate brand loyalty. Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members using all available resources, including the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.Actively recruit team members focused on customer service, maintain appropriate staffing levels based on projected sales, properly orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and communicate necessary actions, including termination if required. Foster a quality and customer-centric team atmosphere that promotes teamwork, energy, and enjoyment.Oversee sales targets against budget and previous year’s performance by providing prompt and friendly customer service; enhance check averages through team member product training and sales execution. Pursue additional sales through both traditional and innovative methods by executing creative local restaurant marketing and establishing a positive community presence.Manage profit objectives by adhering to budget and previous year’s performance; ensure food, labor, and other controllable costs remain within budget, and address any deviations by effectively utilizing the PROFIT System and other tools. Carry out administrative and cash management responsibilities. Plan and manage adequate inventory levels using the restaurant's computerized inventory system and other resources to meet sales demands and minimize losses. Safeguard the company's assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, fully equipped, and that all equipment operates correctly, while also ensuring compliance with safety and security standards at all times.
