Restaurant General Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Qdoba Restaurant Corporation team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including crew members and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and food safety procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve restaurant operations and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
