About the Role

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gaming Agent I. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and laws in the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regulatory investigations and prepare detailed reports
  • Monitor activities in the count room and cage to ensure revenue and compliance with regulations
  • Review and audit casino records to identify deficiencies and inconsistencies
  • Observe the gaming floor for suspicious activity and report any instances of noncompliance
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and provide testimony in hearings or court proceedings as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum three years working in an office or casino environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to receive instruction from multiple supervisors
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
