Instrumentation Sales Manager

Position Overview:

The Instrumentation Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in the designated territory by offering comprehensive support and technical expertise throughout the sales process. This role is crucial in presenting OleumTech's value proposition and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial engagement through to post-sales support, including field assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales assistance to meet sales objectives within the assigned region.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships across all levels of client organizations, aiming to become a trusted advisor and expert on OleumTech's product range and applications.
  • Engage with clients to facilitate all aspects of business development.
  • Provide on-site support for OleumTech implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct technical presentations to showcase OleumTech's unique solutions during client meetings, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address customer challenges and document best practices to enhance overall team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and visits using the company's CRM system.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations with minimal notice.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You possess in-depth knowledge of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A BA/BS degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 6 years of pre/post-sales experience in the oil and gas sector, is preferred.
