We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Oleumtech Corporation. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth in our territory by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain close relationships with customers at all levels, striving to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Oleumtech's product offerings and applications.
- Meet with customers to assist in all aspects of business development, including identifying new opportunities and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Support customers in the field for Oleumtech implementations and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our products.
- Deliver technical customer presentations to demonstrate Oleumtech's differentiated solutions at customer meetings, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
- Attend and/or participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to solve customer problems and document best practices to improve overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions in our CRM tool.
- Travel to customer sites with minimal notice to provide on-site support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent work-related experience.
- At least 6 years of pre/post sales experience in the oil and gas market.
- Practical verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to customers.
- Knowledge and implementation of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
