- Engage with clients to facilitate all aspects of business development.
- Provide on-site support for OleumTech implementations and troubleshooting.
- Conduct technical presentations to showcase OleumTech's unique solutions during customer meetings, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address customer challenges and document best practices to enhance overall team effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations with little notice.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should possess knowledge and experience in industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A BA/BS degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 6 years of pre/post-sales experience in the oil and gas sector, is preferred.
