Key Responsibilities- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales, to ensure successful implementation and troubleshooting of OleumTech's products.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain close relationships with customers at all levels, striving to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on OleumTech's product offerings and applications.
- Business Development: Meet with customers to assist in all aspects of business development, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver technical customer presentations to demonstrate OleumTech's differentiated solutions at customer meetings, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
- Trade Show and Event Participation: Attend and/or participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events to showcase OleumTech's products and build relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to solve customer problems and document best practices to improve overall team performance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions in the company's CRM tool.
- Travel: Ability to travel to customer sites with minimal notice.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess knowledge and implementation of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies.
- Communication Skills: Practical verbal and written communication skills.
- Education and Experience: A BA/BS degree in a technical/scientific discipline or equivalent work-related experience and a minimum of 6 years of pre/post sales experience in the oil & gas market.
