Position Overview:

The Instrumentation Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in the designated territory, leveraging technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. This role encompasses everything from pre-sales consultations to articulating the value of OleumTech's offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales assistance, including on-site support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to meet sales objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships across all levels of client organizations, aiming to become a trusted advisor and expert on OleumTech's product range and applications.
  • Engage with clients to facilitate all aspects of business development.
  • Provide on-site support for OleumTech implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct technical presentations to showcase OleumTech's unique solutions during client meetings, training sessions, conferences, and seminars.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address customer challenges and document best practices to enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and visits using the company's CRM system.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations with minimal notice.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should possess a solid understanding of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A BA/BS degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 6 years of pre/post-sales experience in the oil and gas sector, is preferred.
