Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Sales Assistant to join our team at Atria Wealth Solutions. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors and helping to build strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors, including coordination of client meetings, processing of paperwork, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to our Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate client meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Business Development:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Operations:
    • Process and maintain accurate records, including client data and financial transactions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a support, sales, or administrative capacity in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • College degree preferred, with a focus on finance, business, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses a plus, with the ability to obtain licenses as required.
