Business Control Officer, Trust and Agency Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Control Officer to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our Business Control team, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance and implementation of our risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our risk management framework, working closely with our Global Head of Business Control.
- Provide independent challenge to our Business Management to protect against adverse non-financial risks.
- Contribute to Divisional Control Office global agenda projects and initiatives to continue evolving our non-financial risk practice across Deutsche Bank.
- Partner with our operations team on projects, client issues, and support monthly update reporting and participate in meetings between the groups.
- Responsible for identifying control gaps between our Business and Operations, working with relevant stakeholders to close gaps and enhance processes as required.
- Significant experience in non-financial risk management, or related roles, in financial services with audit experience a plus.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and advise on potential risk reduction initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage key priorities and clearly articulate where dependency or roadblocks exist.
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders to drive execution of short- and long-term engagements (self-starter).
- Good knowledge of securities industry and trust & agency products scope.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization).
