Your Role
As a Trust Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the administration of trust accounts and provide essential sales support within our Wealth Management division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Trust Officers in the management of assets and accounts.
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients with complex and substantial accounts.
  • Preparing for and participating in court appearances and audits.
  • Collecting assets and establishing accounts.
  • Monitoring investment activities.
  • Handling client escalation calls from Sales Managers and Wealth Management Advisors.
  • Responding to inquiries from the Wealth Management general line and following up on sales leads.
  • Maintaining an accurate customer database by updating profiles in Salesforce.
  • Contributing to company projects related to Salesforce and Docusign management.
  • Performing additional tasks to ensure the efficient administration of trust accounts.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $23.82-$41.35 per hour, based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
