Role Overview
The Trust Client Services Specialist plays a crucial role in the administration of trust accounts while providing essential sales support within Wealth Management. This position involves maintaining relationships with sales and portfolio divisions, industry vendors, and private wealth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Trust Officers in managing assets and accounts.
- Act as the primary contact for clients with large and complex accounts.
- Prepare for and participate in court appearances and audits.
- Collect assets and establish accounts.
- Monitor investment activities.
- Assist managers with escalated Trust client inquiries from Sales Managers, Wealth Management Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
- Handle calls from the Wealth Management general line and follow up on incoming sales leads.
- Maintain an accurate customer database by creating and updating profiles in Salesforce.
- Contribute to company projects related to Salesforce and Docusign management.
- Perform additional tasks related to the efficient administration of trust accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and respond swiftly to urgent issues.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $23.82-$41.35 per hour, reflecting a reasonable estimate of the base pay range at the time of posting. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
