Role Overview
The Trust Client Services Specialist plays a vital role in the administration of trust accounts while providing essential sales support within Wealth Management. This position involves maintaining relationships with sales and portfolio divisions, industry vendors, and private wealth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Trust Officers in the management of assets and accounts.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients with substantial and intricate accounts.
- Prepare for and participate in court appearances and audits.
- Facilitate asset collection and account setup.
- Oversee investment activities.
- Assist managers and supervisors with escalated Trust client inquiries from Sales Managers, Wealth Management Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
- Handle calls from the general Wealth Management line and follow up on incoming sales leads.
- Maintain an accurate customer database by creating and updating profiles in Salesforce.
- Contribute to company projects related to Salesforce and Docusign management.
- Perform additional tasks related to the effective administration of trust accounts where the institution acts as trustee or agent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to urgent issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pay Range: $23.82-$41.35 per hour. This range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this position at the time of posting and is influenced by various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
