Overview

The Trust & Agency Services (TAS) division offers a comprehensive suite of services including Trustee, Calculation Agent, Paying Agent, Tax Agent, Custodian, and Debt Agency functions on a global scale for Structured Finance, Global Debt, and Depositary Receipt transactions. The Analytics team focused on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) is tasked with developing and maintaining models based on established rules for CLOs in our roles as Cash Manager, Calculation Agent, and/or Portfolio Administrator. As a CLO Analyst within Trust and Agency Services, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that each transaction is managed in line with the contractual agreements. Your role will involve significant interaction throughout the transaction lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Utilize compliance software to develop rules-based compliance tests and reporting for CDO/CLO securities in accordance with governing documents to support the Deutsche Bank Corporate Trust business
  
• Interpret governing legal documents, including Prospectus, Bond Indentures, and Collateral Management Agreements
  
• Proactively identify and resolve data accuracy issues
  
• Generate and deliver reports to clients within specified timelines; collaborate with clients, counterparties, and relevant internal departments to ensure efficient handling of transactions and inquiries
  

Skills You'll Need

• Degree level education or equivalent (preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering) with relevant professional experience
  
• Experience in a similar role focused on developing compliance models for CDO/CLO securities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
  
• Experience with Structured Query Language
  
• Strong understanding of the global financial services sector and Debt Capital Markets/structured finance

Expectations

It is expected that employees in this role will work in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $80,000 to $130,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
