Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service calls to evaluate representatives' demeanor, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Input data into systems to compile statistics for accounting and maintain records of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Complete necessary documentation, determine service charges, collect deposits, and manage address changes.
  • Track orders and inform customers about their shipments, including tracking details.
  • Make proactive decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively to drive results.
  • Compile and adhere to operational procedures.
  • Engage in various customer service activities.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or training.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management systems or similar platforms.
