Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team at InstepMG. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily sales and marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and effective lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and management teams to address and resolve any issues that may impact scheduled appointments.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales consultants in connecting qualified leads to clients, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Customer Follow-ups: Perform regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Support: Provide day-to-day support to the manager and other Customer Service Assistants as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess great social competency and ability to interact effectively with consumers, team members, and upper management.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Professional Demeanor: Demonstrate a professional attitude, organized, and reliable work ethic.
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and upper management.
