Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative at Pollo Campero is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Assist with packaging and preparing food and beverages for customers
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping and mopping the floor, cleaning tables and chairs, and restocking supplies
  • Ensure that all customer needs are met and that they have a positive experience in our restaurant
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a customer service or food service role
  • Ability to lift and push 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures
