Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  1. Address inquiries regarding company services and execute various account management tasks.
  2. Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support.
  3. Promote additional services and perform related administrative duties as necessary.
  4. Handle miscellaneous customer requests, including payment stops, automatic transfers, and check orders.
  5. Assist customers with basic loan applications, including personal and consumer loans.
  6. Process wire transfers within your designated authority.
  7. Manage credit applications and related requests.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and transaction requests via phone, mail, and online platforms.
  9. Support management with daily operational tasks, including generating customer reports and data collection.
  10. Provide coverage for the teller line as staffing needs arise.
  11. Participate in identifying and managing departmental risks.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and risk management protocols in daily operations.
  13. Deliver exceptional service in alignment with our Service Excellence standards.
  14. Assist customers with intermediate lending applications, including mortgages and home equity lines of credit.
  15. Conduct independent research to resolve account-related issues.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Work Schedule

This position is full-time and hourly. Flexibility to work additional hours may be required based on business needs.
