Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Show Thru Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, the Show Thru Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating the operation of sold units to our retail owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and professional demonstrations of new RVs to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the dealership, providing expert advice on additional accessories, equipment, and supplies that can enhance the customer's experience.
  • Verify and complete 'owed to customers' forms to maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, keys, owner's manuals, and warranties are available to new owners.
  • Keep all relevant dealership personnel informed of the status of delivery processes to meet set delivery times.
  • Communicate with sales managers and F&I managers regarding any delays in scheduled deliveries prior to the set delivery time.
  • Be available to spot deliver units as needed.
  • Perform quality inspections of units deemed ready for delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery of units.
  • Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
  • Good clerical skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Tolerance for change and adaptability to ensure customer success.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on providing quality delivery services.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
