Maintain, expand, and oversee TELUS Health's extensive account portfolios
Employ a consultative approach to client interactions and cultivate robust relationships
Evaluate and interpret data to propose solutions for workplace health challenges
Assist in managing escalations and strategizing solutions
Oversee account profitability and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
Essential Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Account Management or related customer-facing positions
Experience delivering high-quality service to executive-level clients
Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs, Wellness initiatives, Mental Health, and Human Capital Management
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to surpassing client expectations
Familiarity with essential tools and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
Prior experience with HR, Wellness programs, or Employee Assistance Programs
