The Automation Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering innovative technological solutions that enhance business efficiency and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to spearhead global initiatives aimed at adopting Automation Capabilities, including RPA, Workiva, Dodeca, and various workflow tools.
- Lead the execution of automation solutions to optimize the Finance function within the organization.
- Assist clients in refining all aspects of their accounting and finance operations.
- Document and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for financial reporting applications.
- Provide cross-functional support to IT teams for the development of custom Business Rules and Calculation Scripts to meet budgeting and forecasting requirements.
- Promote technology solutions and conduct necessary training sessions for Finance teams.
- Work with technology and functional leaders to develop a technical roadmap for enterprise products.
- Drive standardization of tools, processes, and reporting solutions to facilitate critical business insights.
- Support the integration of Hyperion applications with existing financial processes.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure the successful completion of deliverables.
- Conduct As-Is/To-Be Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies in business process flows.
- Provide comprehensive recommendations for implementing new processes.
- Prepare executive summaries addressing performed analyses, risk strategies, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with clients and technical staff to resolve software application issues.
- Foster continuous innovation and communication across operations and business partners.
- Support the overarching data strategy focusing on centralization, consistency, automation, and visualization.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

This position allows for remote work arrangements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years in Finance, IT, Project Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Alternative Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6 years of experience in the aforementioned areas.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Workiva, Dodeca, and Blackline modules.
- Knowledge of RPA, IPA, and Process Optimization.
- Lean/Six Sigma management experience.
- Ability to manage teams effectively, defining responsibilities and tracking deliverables.
- Experience in FP&A activities with a focus on process improvement.
- Familiarity with corporate financial systems, including SAP, ERP, BPC Management Reporting, and Financial Consolidation processes.
