Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):
Engage with clients through regular communications, business assessments, and daily interactions
Track and oversee usage metrics to ensure clients are maximizing the platform's capabilities
Develop success strategies and document client progress towards objectives
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to address urgent issues
Facilitate training sessions and calls in partnership with marketing and training departments
Acquire a thorough understanding of the product suite and ensure effective implementation for clients
Stay informed on industry standards to adeptly address client requirements

Essential Qualifications (What You Need):
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
5+ years in customer-facing roles with at least 2 years managing Enterprise-level clients
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests and strategic initiatives
Demonstrated success in leading process enhancements within large organizations
Prior experience in monitoring product usage and client engagement through analytical tools
Self-driven, collaborative, accountable, and dedicated to surpassing client expectations
Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication abilities
