We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer engagement across our target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement across targeted accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant or facility executives, to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver automated monitoring systems, data analysis, and technical expertise to increase efficiency, sustainability, and performance for our customers.
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts and convert competitive accounts through consultative sales approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, life sciences, or business.
  • 3-5 years of technical sales or field sales support experience, preferably in the water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
